Delia Reardon BA LLB MBA

Having qualified with a BA LLB from the University of Pietermaritzburg, Natal, Delia Reardon qualified as an attorney in 1998 then practicing as an attorney at Shepstone and Wylie attorneys in litigation and then Webber Wentzel Bowens attorneys in Johannesburg in their commercial department.

She also completed her MBA at the University of Cape Town in 1999, receiving the Allan Gray Strategy prize.

She then joined the Project and Infrastructure Finance Department of Investec Bank in Sandton, Johannesburg for 6 years (2000-2006), as senior legal advisor.

Delia left Investec in 2007 to start her own business providing project finance and PPP consulting services in the name of Inkuma Project Finance Consulting CC, working both for private and public sector clients in Johannesburg and the SADC region. Some of her clients were DBSA, Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority, Old Mutual and she has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector.

In 2014 Delia relocated to the North Coast and for 3 years she was a board member of the KZN Growth Fund. She then requalified as a Notary and Conveyancer and now practices for her own account as Delia Reardon Attorneys in Salt Rock, specialising in notary work and conveyancing. She has a clear understanding of the commercial requirements of Property work having spent time as a consultant in the conveyancing department of Barkers Attorneys before setting up her own practice.

But Delia does not only challenge herself in her work.

The avid athlete has completed four Comrades Marathons and 10 Two Oceans, with her main focus now being on shorter distances of 10 km and 21km personal bests.

She recently placed 3rd in her age category at the KZNA 10km Champs.

Delia is also part of the Dolphin Coast Striders Club and previously wrote the On The Road column in the North Coast Courier.

After relocating from the bustling city of Johannesburg, Delia is loving the quieter coastal lifestyle and has many exciting doors opening for her as she grows her business on the beautiful Dolphin Coast.
